Products may be returned for store credit only within 5 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition and pouch. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at ivoreboutique@gmail.com. Earrings do not apply for our return policy due to sanitary guidelines. IVORÉ Boutique is unable to refund any shipping fees related to your original purchase or return.
Cancellation Policy
IVORÉ Boutique will accept cancellations for orders only within the first 12 hours after an order is placed or before the order is processed for shipping.
Sale Items
All purchased items from the SALE section are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you purchase a SALE item and it arrives damaged, please, contact us immediately upon arrival at ivoreboutique@gmail.com.
