Shipping Policy
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 48 hours, from Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next Monday.
If it’s a Pre-Order, the estimated time of arrival will be detailed on the product description, but it may vary due to carrier changes or any unforeseen circumstances. Once the product arrives, gives us 1-2 business days to process and ship.
IVORÉ currently ships to Puerto Rico and the United States. Our main carrier is USPS. Once the order is in possession of the mailing carrier (USPS), IVORÉ cannot provide estimated delivery date information for your package. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email notification for:
1. Your package tracking number.
2. Your package is out for delivery.
3. Your package has arrived.
If on the third day of submitting your order, you haven’t received any information, please contact us via email at ivoreboutique@gmail.com, or send us a message via WhatsApp at 787-669-6715.
Packages Stolen, Damaged or Lost
We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting. However, IVORÉ Boutique isn’t responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged package once delivered at the postal service facility. It’s the mailer carrier (USPS) responsibility to safely deliver the packages. If a package isn’t received but appears as delivered in the USPS system to the shipping address provided at checkout, the customer should reach out to USPS directly.
Please, make sure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages. If the package is returned to the sender due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
